REVEALED!

For my students wondering and want to know me:

I am 5'3 in height. for centimeters?.. just do the math. haha.

I got used to the summer weather back in the Philippines and with this, I love wearing shorts, ballet/ flat shoes, and a simple shirt.

I once loved the winter! but thick clothes and sometimes more than 2 layers of pants and jumpers are turning me off.

I just love the spring, I'm back with my usual get up! :D I'll be posting more photos of myself soon.

Hello My Dear Students,

You may wonder why I am not fond of using video camera in my class. The reason why is that cameras make the internet connection low and so I don't want our classes be bothered by it. Sometimes too, I can't show my face because I like the mystery that makes the situation. I like students asking to show my face but I give them my photo instead. I am camera shy and I can't concentrate on teaching you because I can always see myself on cam.

I hope this doesn't bother you. What is important is how I teach you and learn from me. How we have this mutual bond, and an easy-going relationship.

thanks for understanding.

love,

Wonder LaDee

Received a Parcel from Brazil! :D

Thanks to my student in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil for this book. :D thanks bunch!

He actually bought this in Miami when he attended the tennis tournament.

From now on, let's think how successful people think, and we'll see if this book will help me make a difference.

I still believe that by will power, and motivation, people will be able to reach our goals.

Good book though, worth reading! ;D

Szczelinec Góra

It's a week long holiday in Poland and we have some guests coming over. We are planning to take them to the mountain where I've already been  for three times, during Spring, Summer and Fall.

There is nothing much to see in our town though, except for the mountains that stood still guarding the beautiful place of Lower Silesia.

Here are some photos we took in the mountain of Szczelinec.

I hope you liked the photos I uploaded. How was your weekend by the way?
Don't forget to write down your comments.

Polanica Zdrój

Hello there everyone!

It's a sunny day in the land of Poles once again. And so we decided to go out and have a  fruitful walk at the park.

This place is another suburb just a 30-min ride by car from our place.

We wandered around their busy highway and obviously I couldn't resist taking some photos of some interesting sights that could give an idea to my readers on where to travel next.

Here are some photos I took:

How did you like my photos? Not much though, rest assured this place is really fantastic!

Springy Saturday

It is a Great Saturday in the land of Poles. Sunny weather to start with. Happy folks playing around with their gleaming smiles. My Husband and me decided to walk around the gardens owned by people who reside in flats or apartments rather than in houses. Spring definitely amuses me. With all the white covers from winter, this time, we are finally seeing some colors. I love flowers, not only because they bloom beautifully but because they make the earth colorful.

Here are some pictures I took today.

Although these are not considered flowers, but they do create a beautiful scenery away from a mundane green grass.

These cherried-color flowers are stunning!

OoOps, they are not tulips, they are POPPIES!

These flowers are just gorgeous, they did take my breath away!

How about you? How did you spend your Saturday?

Pałac Wojanów

It was our second time in this luxury hotel but every single detail of it still makes us ASTOUNDED.
Palac Wojanow is basically located in Jelenia Gora, a bucolic part of the country Poland. We stayed there for two nights and three days.

The weather in our place was not that great, It was gloomy and was drizzling. We were afraid of what the weather would be like in the Palac. Fortunately, Mr. Sun really favored us with his smiling sunshine when we get there.

I like our room better this time. We have the full view of the Palace, plus the easy access of going to the gym and their indoor swimming pool with luxury sauna and spa.

I'm glad me and my husband took another week hiatus from our busy schedule. The time again was just perfect and great! Beyond anything, quality time with my husband is the most important of all.

How about you? How do you spend your quality time with your family?

Springing Forward

It's April and It is raining!

Although rain in April is annoying, it starts the flowers growing.

April showers bring May flowers indeed. :)

Here are my photos I took while walking with hubby on a sunny yet cold spring day!

Do you also like flowers? How about in your country? Are the flowers blooming now?
I hope you liked my photos.

10 Dishes I miss in the Philippines

I certainly am enjoying my married life. I didn't find it difficult to adjust since I am born independent and I am with my ever loving and responsible husband. But in some point of my life, I crave for some distinct Filipino dishes which leave a sweet taste on my palate.

Here is my version of the 10 FOODS I MISS IN THE PHILIPPINES

1. Macaroni Fruit Salad

Birthday celebrations, Wedding ceremonies, or any family gatherings, Macaroni Fruit Salad ( Buko salad too) is never absent. Unlike here, ( I don't know for others) they find the taste weird to mix pasta with fruits. I really miss this, and I can't even buy fresh fruits rather buy them from tins.

2. Sinigang na Bangus & Pork Sinigang

Yumyum! Smells good, tastes even better.!
Sour for some, but absolutely this soup is one of my favorite dishes. Unfortunately I can't cook these dishes here, because I couldn't find best tamarind
powder for this yet.

3. Pochero

Oh yes! perfect for Sunday lunch, when all members of the family are at home. Best served with Coke and rice.

4. Manggang Hilaw with Bagoong ( Green Mango with Shrimp paste)

Don't get me wrong, I am not pregnant. However whenever I see my friends post their pictures of mango, I am literally salivating. And yes! this is one of my favorite appetizer! I like this Carabao green mango best paired with sauted Bagoong.! Oh gawd!

5. Adobong Pork, Chicken & Chicken liver ( atay ng manok)

I just love them! Beyond any words.. with rice

6. Sisig

7. Barbecue

Whether this barbecue is served as an appetizer, or for meal, I definitely miss this Filipino barbecue for its distinct taste. I love them with Mang Tomas or with spicy soy sauce.
I usually eat this with my  bare hands ( kinamay)

8. Cornedbeef

For breakfast, lunch, or even dinner.

9. Mango Float

Very easy to make yet time consuming. When served, it will only last at about 5 minutes. (If you know what I mean) This mouth watering dessert is just awesome.

10. Pork Tocino

I don't care about the fats, cholesterol. I want to enjoy eating each day with the foods I love.

I hope you enjoyed my version. How about yours? Let me know, and let us share our own stories. :)
